The inspiration for this blog is my love for cooking with plant-based whole foods. I like to share my meal ideas with others who are looking for healthier ways to feed themselves and their families or who may just be looking for ideas for what to make for dinner/lunch/breakfast on any given day.
I may also post on the following topics: health and nutrition; detoxing; fasting; juicing; smoothies; kitchen tips and tricks; frugality; caring for the environment; gardening; nature; all-natural skin and hair care; all-natural cleaning for the home. You get the idea. :)

Grits
Last night's dinner:
Grits, green Lima beans, onion, fresh avocado and tomato, extra virgin olive oil, salt & pepper.
