My blog is still new, and I need a name for it.. The inspiration for this blog is my love for cooking with plant-based whole foods. I like to share my meal ideas with others who are looking for healthier ways to feed themselves and their families or who may just be looking for ideas for what to make for dinner/lunch/breakfast on any given day.

sweet potatoes
small white beans
rapini (broccoli rabe)
seasonings:
salt, black pepper, maybe some cayenne, sage, garlic powder?.. It's been days since I made this meal. I think that's what I seasoned it with.. Also, olive oil drizzled over the top, after plating.
Sweet potatoes steamed in water in skillet. Then rapini added, then pre-cooked white beans added.
